Checkpoint operations in one place

Advanced Insights Platform (AIP) brings structure to the complexity of checkpoint operations. Rather than adding another layer of dashboards, it brings together modelling, simulation and real operational data into one platform. This allows stakeholders to understand how a checkpoint performs, why it performs that way and how it can be improved.

A module for design & optimization allows to build and improve checkpoint configurations. Security lanes, staffing models and process parameters can be defined and analyzed in detail, making it possible to identify bottlenecks and compare different setups before implementation.

Performance insight connects real-world data to daily operations. By combining multiple data sources into one view, it enables continuous monitoring of KPIs, identification of inefficiencies and detailed analysis at subprocess level.

To optimize OPEX budgets and workforce planning, AIP also offers planning and scheduling. By modelling passenger flows and operational demand, it helps determine lane opening strategies and staffing requirements in different scenarios.
