Gunther van Adrichem - Founder and Managing Director

My belief is that the AvSec Industry, like any other industry, should always be in development to address the demand of the airport processes, the changing needs and their customers. This to take advantage of the most recent technological developments, new innovations, operational insights and to create the best possible operational process and experience within the boundaries of the airport requirements and ever-changing legislation.

After 10 years being active for Schiphol Airport, I started Point FWD to broaden my field, to build a strong team of AvSec professionals and to work together more closely with the industry. Point FWD exists to accelerate developments and provide assistance to airports and the industry in their aviation security challenges.

Operational project support team

Point FWD maintains a project support crew that flexibly assists in security checkpoint projects, ranging from checkpoint data collection, OEM mock-passenger data studies and other other AvSec operational projects. Staff consist of (ex) Security Agents, AvSec Students and IT-staff.
