Our solution
In close collaboration with BIA, Point FWD provided insights into the improvement potential of the security checkpoint, starting with looking at the current baseline situation. A data-driven approach combined with operational observations resulted in the development of multiple scenarios, enabling substantiated decision-making of the steps forward. Point FWD guides BIA herein by managing the market exploration, facilitating the tender process, and defining the actions and activities to ensure operational readiness for the transition to the new security checkpoint operations.
